Adobe Education Product Catalogue

Adobe licenses its software to schools, colleges, universities and other eligible institutions on dedicated education terms. Below is an overview of the education range. Tektrold can source and quote any of it for institutions in Denmark: write to hej@tektrold.dk or call +45 44 40 64 68.

Creative Cloud

Creative Cloud All Apps for education

The full collection of Adobe creative applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Animate, Audition and Acrobat Pro, together with cloud storage, Adobe Fonts and Adobe's generative AI features. This is the collection most design, media and communications courses are built around.

Creative Cloud single app for education

One Adobe application of your choice, for institutions that need a specific tool rather than the whole collection. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro are the most commonly requested.

Documents and PDF

Acrobat Pro for education

Create, edit, combine, sign and secure PDF documents. Bought as much by administration, finance and student records teams as by teaching staff, and available separately from the creative applications.

Classroom creation

Adobe Express for education

A browser-based tool for making presentations, posters, videos, newsletters and social posts, with templates aimed at classroom use. Education versions include age-appropriate controls and central administration, and Adobe makes a version available to primary and secondary schools at no cost.

Specialist tools

Substance 3D Collection for education

3D texturing, modelling, staging and rendering. Used on game design, animation, architecture and product design courses.

Adobe Firefly and generative features

Generative capabilities appear across the supported Creative Cloud applications and as a standalone Firefly offering. Adobe trains these models on licensed and public domain content so the output is intended to be safe for commercial and classroom use.

Licence types

Named User Licence

Assigned to an individual student, teacher or staff member, who signs in and can install the software on their own devices. Suited to staff and to courses where students work on their own machines.

Shared Device Licence

Assigned to an institution-owned computer in a lab, library or classroom, so any user at that machine can sign in and work. Suited to shared teaching spaces where many different students use the same hardware.

Licensing programmes

Adobe VIP (Value Incentive Plan)

Subscription licensing for individual schools, departments and small to mid-sized institutions. You buy the seats you need, add more during the term, and manage users through the Adobe Admin Console. All licences share one anniversary date, which keeps renewals simple.

Adobe ETLA (Enterprise Term License Agreement)

Term agreements, usually three years, for universities and multi-site organisations. Fixed pricing across the term, with the option of institution-wide coverage for all students and staff.

Who qualifies

Adobe education licensing is available to eligible institutions, including primary and secondary schools, upper secondary schools, vocational colleges, universities and other qualifying educational organisations, along with their students, teachers and staff. Adobe requires proof of eligibility before the licences can be issued, and we will tell you what documentation is needed for your institution type.

Product availability, licence types and programmes vary by region and institution type, and Adobe changes its range from time to time. We confirm what is available to you before quoting.
