Who qualifies
Adobe nonprofit pricing is available to registered nonprofit and charitable organisations. Adobe requires documentation of your nonprofit status before the licences can be issued, and the check is made once rather than at every renewal. Tell us about your organisation and we will confirm whether you qualify and what paperwork Adobe will ask for.

Adobe Acrobat Pro

Create, edit, combine, sign and secure PDF documents. Usually the right choice for administration and finance staff who work with forms, contracts and signatures rather than design.
Adobe Photoshop for teams

Photoshop on its own, for organisations that need image editing without the rest of the collection.
What a licence covers
One licence covers one user for twelve months, including all updates released during the term. Licences are managed centrally through the Adobe Admin Console, so your administrator assigns them to individual users and can reassign a seat when a colleague or volunteer changes role or leaves.
Larger volumes and other products
Adobe's catalogue is larger than the three items above. If you need a different application, or you are licensing enough seats that the list prices should not apply, send us the details and we will price it specifically.
How to order

- We confirm your nonprofit eligibility and send a written quote.
- On your approval we place the order and the licences appear in your Adobe Admin Console.
- Your administrator assigns them to users.
